Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 assist\u00e9 \u00e0 divers forums sur les \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures, ils se sont interess\u00e9s \u00e0 la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de leur \u00eele et sont all\u00e9s visiter\u00a0d&#8217;eux-m\u00eames\u00a0l&#8217;\u00c9cole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re des \u00celes Bal\u00e9ares (EHIB)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voici leurs impressions\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;La classe de 1\u00e8re \u00ab Sciences \u00c9conomique et Sociale \u00bb est partie \u00e0 la conqu\u00eate des \u00e9toiles de l&#8217;\u00c9cole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re des Bal\u00e9ares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Notre visite avait 3 objectifs :<\/em><br \/><em>\u2043 D\u00e9couverte du campus des \u00celes Bal\u00e9ares<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\u2043 L&#8217;approche des \u00e9tudes de tourisme et h\u00f4tellerie<br \/>\u2043 Prise en compte de l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;apprentissage<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;autobus, mis \u00e0 notre disposition par la UIB ( Universitat de les Illes Balears ), nous avons pu d\u00e9couvrir 18 b\u00e2timents r\u00e9partis sur une surface de 100 hectares. L&#8217;Universit\u00e9 compte plus de 18000 \u00e9tudiants. La EHIB, quant \u00e0 elle, compte 500 \u00e9tudiants de diverses nationalit\u00e9s.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>L&#8217;\u00c9cole de Tourisme et H\u00f4tellerie f\u00eate cette ann\u00e9e, ses 20 ans. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris par le hall de l&#8217;\u00e9cole, similaire \u00e0 celui d&#8217;un h\u00f4tel. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves portent tous, un uniforme. L&#8217;\u00e9difice est spacieux et profite de la lumi\u00e8re naturelle de l&#8217;\u00eele.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Nous avons pu utiliser les \u00e9quipements de l&#8217;\u00e9cole en r\u00e9alisant des travaux pratiques, sous la direction d&#8217;un professeur \u00ab r\u00e9ceptionniste \u00bb. Chacun d&#8217;entre nous, a pu entrer dans le programme informatique de r\u00e9servation d&#8217;un \u00e9tablissement h\u00f4telier, ensuite nous avons calcul\u00e9 le prix, puis mettre des services particuliers pour le client. La visite s&#8217;est poursuivie par la section \u00ab Food &amp; Beverage \u00bb c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire \u00ab Restauration et Boisson \u00bb<\/em>.<em> Quelques volontaires ont confectionn\u00e9 un cocktail \u00e0 base de fruits, pour ensuite faire le service. D&#8217;autres ont appris \u00e0 faire des \u00e9ventails et des fleurs de lys avec des serviettes de table. La visite s&#8217;est termin\u00e9e par le passage dans le laboratoire d&#8217;analyses et dans les cuisines. L&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne est fondamentale et strictement n\u00e9cessaire pour le bon fonctionnement de toute \u00e9tablissement.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Nous avons pu constater l&#8217;importance de l\u2019apprentissage au sein de l&#8217;\u00e9cole. Seulement 20% des cours sont th\u00e9oriques ( langues, droit, gestion des ressources humaines&#8230;), les autres cours sont fond\u00e9s sur la pratique. Notre d\u00e9jeuner fut confectionn\u00e9 par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de l&#8217;\u00e9cole, il fut servi par les apprentis, tandis que leur professeur notait leur prestation.
