7. Copyright and Reproduction Rights

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All elements on the website “https://french-international-schools.com” (texts, drawings, programs, photographs, names, logos, etc.) are protected under the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code. Outside of France, these elements benefit from copyright protection in all states that are signatories to the Berne Convention.

According to the Intellectual Property Code, any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution, and/or translation of any element of the site “https://french-international-schools.com,” whether in whole or in part, on any medium (electronic, paper, etc.), is prohibited without the express and prior authorization of IRF ZEI – Lycée Français de Barcelone.

8. Right of Reply

According to Laws No. 82-652 of July 29, 1982, No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, and Decision 2004-496 DC of June 10, 2004, any individual or entity named or designated on the website “https://french-international-schools.com” has a right of reply, without prejudice to requests for correction or deletion of content.

The request to exercise the right of reply, addressed to the publication director, must be submitted no later than three months after the public release of the message justifying the request.
